Mike Richardson

Biography:
Mike began practicing yoga in 2001 to relieve pain from board sport injuries. In 2008, he began his teacher studies with Rusty Wells, Janet Stone, and Stephanie Snyder. Mike teaches Bhakti Flow. A devotional practice rooted deeply in the lineage of yoga. Mike’s classes are a mix of poses (asana) breath work (pranayama) and chanting (mantra). Mike truly believes that yoga is for every body and welcomes each practitioner with the philosophy “All are welcome, always.”
