Chef Rich Selden leads the Mountain Lotus cafe, catering, and food truck in downtown Truckee. A New York native with roots in community-driven cooking, he partners with local farms and the Tahoe Food Hub to craft seasonal, nourishing dishes. His menus blend fresh regional ingredients with global inspiration, celebrating wellness, sustainability, and connection in every bite.
