Dawn teaches a dynamic, creative, self-exploratory practice, that enhances the mindful connection of moving the breath and the body. Teaching from her own light-hearted, joyful awareness, Dawn's uplifting energy is both inspiring and contagious. In her classes she encourages students curiosity and playfulness and also enjoys holding safe space for people wanting to experience their own courage and vulnerability within the asanas. Her teachings invite the student to release all that which no longer serves them and to embrace all that which does. All of which was important at one point in our life may not pertain to what is important now , so releasing what no longer serves us anymore in this moment in time is how we can set ourselves free. Through the discipline of yoga and celebrating the gift of being alive, we will then be able to better serve ourselves in conjunction to our souls purpose. Beyond the yoga classroom, being of service to balancing the absolute wonderment of existence with the daily life of being a human in a body, is the path to which she is currently dedicated. She is known by those around her as a multi-faceted being involved in many good things, including, but not limited to, being a student, a seeker, a daughter, a wife, a friend, a salon owner/ Hairdresser and an entrepreneur.
